ROCKCOTE Smooth Set White is a cement polymer modified powder blend requiring only the addition of
clean water. ROCKCOTE Smooth Set is designed for patching holes, form joints & minor imperfections in
concrete or masonry. ROCKCOTE Smooth Set can also be used to create a smooth finish over inconsistent substrates prior to painting.
