All returns of goods must be approved by the Applied Building products Australia Pty Ltd.  Authorised returns must be freight prepaid. The Company will credit returned goods only if they are in sellable condition. The Company reserves the right to charge a handling charge equivalent to 10% of the price of goods returned unless the Customer is a “consumer” for the purposes of the Competition and Consume Act 2010 or similar State or Territory legislation.
